Search for missing Tara Air's plane underway

Myagdi, Feb 24: Search operation for the missing plane of Tara Air has been intensified at bordering area of Myagdi and Mustang. The plane flying from Jomsom of Mustang from Pokhara at 7:50 am is still remained out of contact.
Search for the missing plane was underway mobilizing choppers of Nepalese Army and Air Dynasty.
Similarly, security bodies in Myagdi and Mustang are also involved in search operation at upper part of Dana VDC of Myagdi and Ghansa area of Mustang, said Chief District Officer, Mustang, Ganesh Bahadur Adhikari.
It has been suspected that the plane might have met with an accident at mountain as there is a big mountain in between Ghansa of Mustang and Dana VDC of Myagdi.
A team comprising Chief District Officer at Myagdi, Sagarmani Pathak, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bishworaj Khadka, among other security personnel has been deployed for the search of the missing plane.
The 9N-AHH Twin Otter plane of Tara Air was carrying 20 passengers including two children and a team of three crew members. RSS
